Automatic star-delta switch - The star-delta relay is designed for the initial start of three-phase motors. When the coils are energized, it switches to star connection to enable the motor start. The star remains connected for a set time and then transitions to standby mode. After the waiting times, it allows switching to delta connection. This provides efficiency by reducing the current consumed by the motors when they use high power during startup.
