  3. Processing time for your request or complaint. Your request will be processed within two working days (48 hours) at the latest (this time may be extended due to weekends and national holidays that are common in the Czech Republic).

Right to Cancel Purchase Decision

  1. The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase decision without reason within 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the product (or the last product, partial delivery, or last piece if the purchase decision concerns multiple products from one order or the delivery of the product in several partial deliveries or pieces).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to cancel the purchase decision, please inform us through your user account. You can also contact us at the email address info@pelek.fi or phone number +420774242766. The cancellation of the purchase decision can be made with any clear statement (e.g., by email). For this purpose, you can use the attached template form for canceling the purchase decision, but it is not mandatory.
  3. Return address for the product. A return label is usually available in your user account at pelek.fi. If we have not provided a return label, use this address to return the product: Principal Elektrik s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. You can also contact us at the email address info@pelek.fi or phone number +420774242766 to confirm your right to return the product and agree on an individual procedure.
  4. Timely cancellation. To comply with the deadline for canceling the purchase decision, it is sufficient to send a notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Cancelling the Purchase Decision

  1. What happens when you cancel the purchase decision? Upon cancellation of the purchase decision, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of the cancellation of the purchase decision, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
  2. Refund. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to pay until we receive the product back or until you provide proof that you have returned the product, depending on which occurs first.
  3. Obligation to Return the Product. The product must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of the purchase decision. The time is observed if the product is sent before this time expires.
  4. Costs of Returning the Product. The customer pays the return costs. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 Kč without shipping costs (i.e., starting from 990.01 Kč), we will pay the direct return costs. Direct return costs that cannot be refunded via regular mail due to the nature of the product are to be paid by the customer.
  5. Decrease in Product Value. In the event of cancellation of the purchase decision, you are responsible for the decrease in value of the returned or sent back product that has occurred due to handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the goods. If we receive a damaged or incomplete product back, we will deduct our claim for damages from the required sale price. We will always assess the damage, decrease in the value of the goods on a case-by-case basis and determine the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these actions at the email address you provided.
  6. Impossibility of Cancelling the Purchase Decision. These cases are described in detail in section 3.6 of the Terms of Sale.
