  3. Processing time for your request or complaint. Your request will be processed no later than within two business days (48 hours) (this period may be extended due to weekends and national holidays generally observed in the Czech Republic).

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the product (or the last product, partial delivery, or last item, if the purchase concerns several products from one order or delivery of a product in several partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase, notify us through your user account. You can also contact us at info@pelek.fi or at +420 705 724 353. Withdrawal from the purchase may be made by any clear statement (e.g. by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
  3. Product return address. A return label is generally available in your user account on pelek.fi. If we have not provided a return label, use this address to return the product: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. You can also contact us at info@pelek.fi or at +420 705 724 353 to confirm your right to return the product and agree on an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase

  1. What happens when you withdraw from the purchase? When you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refund. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you provide proof that you have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the product. The product must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase. The deadline is met if the product is sent before this period expires.
  4. Product return costs. The customer pays the return costs. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding postage (i.e. from EUR 40.01), we will pay the direct return costs. Direct return costs that cannot be returned by regular mail due to the nature of the product are paid by the customer.
  5. Reduction in the product's value. When withdrawing from the purchase, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned or sent-back product resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If a damaged or incomplete product is returned to us, we will deduct our claim for damages from the required sale price. We always assess the damage and reduction in the value of the goods on a case-by-case basis and determine the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these measures at the email address you provided.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawal from the purchase. These cases are described in detail in Section 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
