Reactive power control relays are designed to reduce the reactive power (inductive and capacitive) that is not used by the load and is taken from the network. When inductive power is taken from the network, it intervenes by removing a capacitor with an appropriate value. If capacitive power is taken from the network, it intervenes by inserting a short-circuited inductor with an appropriate value. In this way, it aims to reduce the inductive/active and capacitive/active speed of the system. It is designed to provide a more reasonable compensation in unbalanced inductive and capacitive systems with the RGT-MT18 TCR step

  • Generator input and generator compensation

  • Voltage, harmonic current/voltage, inductive and capacitive alarm output

  • Hit, release and settling times can be adjusted

  • Remote communication via RS485 (RS485 ModBus RTU).
