We are pleased to introduce a new product line – package chamber switches from the Turkish manufacturer Opas.

Principal Electric Company presents a new product line – Opas manufacturer's nose-controlled package switches. Opas started its operations in 1982 in Istanbul and has been bringing innovative solutions to the market in the field of nose switches for 40 years, successfully exporting its products to 20 different countries.

Chamber switches are designed for:

• for controlling mechanisms operating with three-phase and single-phase motors, changing the connection configuration of the AC motor (star–triangle), and reversing the direction of rotation;
• for control and signaling functions in working circuits;
• for changing different usage modes of heating devices;
• for the on and off switching of transformer station separation mechanisms.

Our new rotary switch series offers a wide range of connection options for different pole counts and rated currents.
You can choose the switch according to its intended use and the technical characteristics of the circuit.

For example:

• To switch the load on and off, select a diagram. “0–1”;
• for switching to parallel connection (reverse load, backup source) – “1–2” or “1–0–2”;
• To select the device's different operating modes (normal speed, heating mode), you need a diagram. “0–1–2–3”.

Additionally, you can choose a special switch for the volt or amp meter or “star/triangle” switch.
